By the age of 2, your child has progressed far beyond the stage for idle play & baby talk. Children are capable of far more than they are given credit for. Studies of the brain illustrate the staggering amount of brain cell connections that are being organized and reinforced in childhood.

These early years are critical for aiding children in this development.

At Pine Creek Montessori, children's insatiable curiosity to discover themselves and the world around them will be satisfied with opportunities for observation, exploration & movement. Our curriculum includes all aspects of early learning, based upon the work of Dr. Maria Montessori.

This is a very sensorial atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore independently. Classes are kept to no more than 6 students, in order to provide each child maximum one-on-one attention and guidance.

Social skills are emphasized, with an emphasis on boundaries, cooperation, respect, and manners.

Students learn social skills, practical life skills, and many aspects of language, math and science through exploration and guidance.
